Pertemps Swindon are recruiting for Warehouse Team Leaders to join our growing logistics client in West Berkshire, RG17.

OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL DUE TO LOCATION
- £27,300 per annum
- AM and PM shifts
- Initial fixed term contract
- Working 5 out of 7 days a week on a rota basis
- Lead a team of warehouse operatives and fork lift drivers
- Support Warehouse management team to ensure accurate picking and packing of various products
- Record and monitor attendance and provide updates to managers
- Previous leadership or management experience within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Driving licence, own transport essential due to location
- Proven background in motivating, leading and supporting staff.
