Job&Talent are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader Millbrook, Southampton. We are looking for a hard-working and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. Our client is ramping up for some new business opportunities and is looking for core team members to join the operation.
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will need to have:
- Experience managing a team up to 8 people
- Experience in using computer systems
- Experience in order picking
- Experience using scanners to scan boxes
- Attention to details
- Ability to count
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
- Safety Shoes
Salary:
- Starting at £11.44 while training, after training it will increase to £12.13
- Paid breaks - 30 min break daily, fully paid; 40 hours paid weekly, even though your weekly working hours will be 37.5!
Working Hours:
- Rotating shifts Monday-Friday 0600-1400, 1400-2200 shifts rotate every 2 weeks.
Role of a Warehouse Team Leader:
- Managing a team of up to 8 people
- Using computer systems to process orders
- Picking orders in the warehouse based on order-picking documentation
- Scanning boxes using table scanners
- Stacking boxes on the pallets, labelling the boxes, wrapping pallets
