Join Our ProCook Team as a Sales Advisor!
Are you passionate about all things culinary? Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service? ProCook is looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our team in our Dorchester Store ! As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
This is a part-time 8hrs/week role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Provide expert knowledge and advice on our extensive range of kitchenware.
- Drive sales by engaging customers and promoting our product features.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and organization.
- Handle transactions efficiently and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
- Passion for kitchenware and cooking.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
