Quantity Surveyor

Sale Group is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial aspects of multiple commercial fit-out projects, specifically within Commercial & Public Health Services. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Directors, and wider project teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare budget estimates, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Administer contracts, issue relevant notices, and assess tender submissions.
• Submit and agree on monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Procure supplier and sub-contractor packages to meet project targets.
• Manage sub-contractor contracts and handle any disputes that arise.
• Represent Sale Group in client meetings, ensuring strong relationships and successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in commercial fit-outs, with a focus on Mechanical works.
• Strong financial management skills, including cost reporting and budget forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and contract documentation.
