Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Continuous Improvement Analyst will be part of the team responsible for applying Continuous Improvement methodologies (inc.Six Sigma) to analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions that enhance business performance and quality.
Your role will be essential in driving process excellence and supporting the broader change management efforts across the organisation. identifying and rectifying areas of operational waste, and you will help to deliver on iterative improvement and strategic targets.

The role will include but is not limited to:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to business processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Utilise Continuous Improvement tools and techniques (e.g., control charts, process capability analysis) to analyse process performance and variability.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders within the CMO and across the organisation.
Process Improvement Support:
- Assist in the identification and prioritisation of process improvement opportunities that align with the organisation’s change management objectives.
- Collaborate with Continuous Improvement Specialists and other C.M.O team members to design and implement process improvement solutions.
- Monitor the implementation of improvement initiatives to ensure they are executed effectively and deliver expected results.
Quality Management Support:
- Assist in conducting internal audits to assess compliance with process improvement initiatives and quality standards.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Candidate Profile:
- Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent demonstrable experience of a minimum of 12 months experience in a Continuous Improvement or Process Analyst role)
- Experience working with Six Sigma methodologies and tools in a business environment, preferably not solely in manufacturing sector.
- Experience working within or closely with a Change Management Office is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Experience using process mapping tools and data visualisation tools.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and their application in process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to react to change quickly calmly and in a controlled manner
- Capable of thinking in a way to develop original and unique solutions while following the DMAIC / PDCA / OODA methodologies in place (full training is provided)
- Be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get involved in anything – this can include quickly learning a new system/skill to help your teammates, or helping a different team implement something fast… every day is different!

Hours and Days:
- 37.5 hours per week between 09:00 and 17:15 Monday to Friday
- Lifeplus House, Little End Road, St Neots, PE19 8JH
- Hybrid Working – 2 days per week in the office (Tuesday & Thursday) with flexibility dependent on business needs
