Job Description

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist in Fareham
  • Process accurate and timely payroll for employees, including statutory deductions and benefits.
  • Submit RTI filings and ensure compliance with payroll legislation.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries and manage on boarding and leaver processes.
  • Maintain payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR/Finance teams and identify process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for Payroll Specialist will have experience in some or all of the above.
