Hi, my name is Jade, I am 30 years old, and I have physical and mental disabilities that restrict my mobility and social interaction. I have anxiety and I struggle with new places and people initially but once I relax and feel comfortable in your presence, I am extremely chatty, I love to help people as much as I can because I believe kindness costs nothing.

I am a huge dog lover and when I am out in the community, I cannot resist engaging with all the dogs I pass. I currently have two gorgeous elderly dogs who I love caring for.

I am looking for a personal assistant to join my household who can assist me with accessing the community and enjoy the natural surroundings of my community with my two dogs, so a keen nature lover is a must as I love to get out with the dogs.

I may require you to complete this activity solo if I am unwell.

I do get fatigued quite quickly after any activities, so I require my PA to also support me with domestic duties around the home.

I would like to find someone who holds the same interests as me so we can enjoy the activities I would like to explore, together. I enjoy bowling, ice skating, go karting, board games, boat trips, wordsearches, playing pool, bike rides, fine dining, coastal visits and horse riding, which I am hoping to begin soon.

I also attend a choir once a week which I would require my PA to accompany me to, and I love a cinema trip.
