We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our client's team where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour, making them feel valued and comfortable
- Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the organisation
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-of-house role
- Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming and approachable attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
