Job Description

The key responsibilities for an Accounts Payable Clerk will include:

• Manage the accounts payable function ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and handle payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain vendor files and update the accounts payable system as needed.
• Assist in month-end closing and annual audits.
• Monitor account to ensure payments are up to date.
• Support the Accounting & Finance team in other tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

• Proven experience in an accounts payable role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team-working skills.
