Location: WolverhamptonWeekly Salary: £425 to £500
Contract: Temporary (opportunities to go perm)
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 3pm)

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant for a SEN school in Wolverhampton. This role involves supporting students with Autism, learning disabilities, and other challenging needs to ensure they get the most out of their education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting teaching staff with lesson delivery
- Providing one-on-one support to students who need additional help
- Leading small group sessions to enhance learning
- Tracking student progress and offering feedback to teachers
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine interest in supporting children and making a positive impact on their education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students
- Prior experience with SEN
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingnness to apply for one
