Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Project Administrator to join our dynamic team at krow.

The Post Office team at krow is made up of a cross-office team of highly talented individuals tasked with delivering a strategic and creative step-change for Post Office through the development and implementation of stand-out, through-the-line campaigns.

From highly engaging social content and persuasive broadcast TV, to immersive digital and hard-working retail, you will be part of the team responsible for curating end-to-end communications for Post Office that touch all moments in the different customer journeys for their products and services.

The ideal candidate will assist in the administration of creative and studio workflows managed through our digital job system, ensuring the efficient project tracking and management of our creative, account teams and Post Office clients. You’ll assist in responding to client requests, forward planning, scheduling and monitoring resource allocations and respective budgets.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Administration - Assist in the day-to-day management and administration of the JIRA-based ticketing system for Post Office, including monitoring client requests, reviewing briefs and assigning work promptly to the right studio or creative resource.
  2. Project Triage & Resource Planning - Working closely with Post Office account team to review business as usual briefs in context of wider strategic and creative approach for brand and categories.
  3. Client Management - Liaise directly with clients within job management and review platforms providing responsive service and ensuring they are kept fully up to date on job status.
  4. Workflow Optimisation - Collaborate with studio lead, account managers, traffic and other stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and workflow optimization.
  5. Data Management - Ensure accurate data entry and maintain data integrity within JIRA and Ziflow, including accurate reporting of number of job deliverables, rounds of amends and job summaries for monthly internal reviews.
  6. Reporting and Analytics - Working with the Production Director to ensure the monthly delivery of job volume and supplied creative reports for client.
  7. System Integration and Maintenance - Assist in integrating JIRA with other tools and systems used within the agency, such as Ziflow, Confluence, Slack, and other project management tools.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience working within a creative or studio project delivery team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Tech-literate, ideally with experience running projects using digital delivery platforms.
  • A good understanding of the creative and artwork delivery process.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach to challenges.
  • Experience of successful stakeholder management both internally and ideally, client-facing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Salary: £32k
  • Full-time role
