Review project specifications and recommend mix designs to the Sales Department to quote jobs.
Reviewing production instructions and documentationParticipate in pre-job bidding preparation.
Prepare submittals and tender responses.
Responsible for completing internal and external audits to the relevant standards.
Handle and provide solutions for project problems and complaints.
Coordination of internal and external build schedules and stakeholder meetings.
Job Requirements for the Project Administrator role:Good Skills using Microsoft Office i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Be well-versed in the maintaining and controlling of Quality Management systems.
