We’re now looking for proactive and detail-oriented, self-motivated sales agents to support our marketing and lead generation efforts as we expand our digital footprint and outreach. Tasks
Role Description
You will proactively generate and qualify leads (training and pitch materials provided). The role involves managing your own marketing and lead generation activities to create your pipleline of potential clients for our HRIS services and get them booked on a discovery call with one of our consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads: Create, maintain and manage targeted lead lists using structured criteria, through your own network, outreach, and social selling (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Pitch and sell Copieux Group’s service packages, including HRIS optimisation, system selection support, and AI-powered HR solutions
- Book consultations and discovery calls for the consultancy teamFollow up on inbound leads, guiding prospects through the decision-making process

- Maintain a pipeline of HR and business leaders at scaling companies
- Track outreach activity and responses using shared tools
- Support the formatting and rollout of digital assets, guides, and resource pages
- Assist with campaign workflows, including follow-ups and form-based lead capture
Requirements
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in B2B sales (especially consulting, SaaS, or HR/Tech services)
- Strong network or ability to build one in HR, PeopleOps, or mid-market companies (50–500 employees)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit targets
- Confident communicator who knows how to follow up and close
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales tech (a plus)
- Strong organisational skills and comfort working independently
- Familiarity with outreach automation tools or other relevant AI tools
- Understanding of lead magnets, resource libraries, or customer journey pages
- Experience selling to HR decision-makers (People Directors, HR Managers, COOs)
- Familiarity with HR or SaaS industry
- Knowledge of HR systems
- Understanding of HR tech trends, automation, or AI in HR
- Comfort using tools like Notion, Canva, Google Workspace
