The Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with partners to generate leads so that all potential employability participants in Bridgend are put through the Triage process ensuring the correct provision is recommended.There will be a need to develop referral pathways with other provision and to develop innovative ways, including community engagement, to ensure the maximum numbers of referrals to Employability Bridgend are reached thus ensuring that via this process the project remains on profile and that the individual engagement targets are met.
Working closely with key referral partners to raise the profile and awareness of the Employability Bridgend project, creating opportunities in which to identify new participants, engaging and enrolling them onto the programme. The postholder will develop and participate in the delivery of community activity and events.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
A valid driving licence is requirement for this post.
