What you'll do:

As a CRM Campaign Manager at JP Morgan Chase, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing multichannel campaigns. Your role will involve working cross-functionally with other teams to understand how best to communicate with customers through existing channels.
You will also collaborate with the design team to create, approve, and optimise email templates via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your ability to partner closely with data teams will be crucial in gaining a deeper understanding of our customers and designing experiments aligned to business KPIs.

You will be responsible for end-to-end management of multichannel campaigns, ensuring consistent brand experience.

  • Execute campaigns and communications within the lifecycle roadmap
  • Collaborate with design team to create, approve and optimise Email templates via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Partner closely with data teams to gain deeper understanding of customers and design experiments aligned to business KPIs
  • Manage end-to-end multichannel (email/ in-app/push) campaigns ensuring consistent brand experience
  • Design and launch complex automated campaigns using internal and external tools
  • Own reporting for your campaigns, ensuring results are clearly communicated back to the business
  • Work effectively across the business, collaborating with teams to drive a clear and positive experience for customers

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the CRM Campaign Manager role at JP Morgan Chase brings along a strong understanding of HTML and has hands-on experience in ESP’s essential, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud. With at least 3 years' experience in email marketing, CRM, or customer communication ideally in highly regulated markets, you are comfortable working with data teams to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Your analytical and curious mindset, coupled with your strong attention to detail, will be key in managing end-to-end initiatives within matrixed teams and within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of HTML
  • Experience in ESP’s essential, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a strong preference
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in email marketing, CRM, customer communication (ideally in highly regulated markets)
  • Analytical and curious mindset, comfortable working with data (and data teams) to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end initiatives within matrixed teams and within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on effective documentation and data flows to support collaboration
