A Chambers ranked law firm in Wokingham is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor to join its well reputed and award-winning team.
This is a social firm that regularly hosts events and gatherings for employees. These include a Summer and Christmas party as well as charity events and other social gatherings to reward success and enhance team spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients, offer property advice
- Conduct due diligence and legal research
- Draft and review property contracts
- Negotiate terms with opposing solicitors
- Manage financial aspects of transactions
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the process
- Oversee property title transfers
- Maintain client communication and documentation
- Resolve legal issues as they arise
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer
- SRA or equivalent membership
- Experience in property conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of property law
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in legal software
- Local property market knowledge is a plus
