The firm is seeking a Senior Associate, Managing Associate, or Salaried Partner to join their Residential Property team in Guildford. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the firm's high-end property services, working on a variety of complex transactions.

You will join a collaborative, expert team known for its attention to detail and dedication to client service. The team works on a range of property matters, from high-value residential sales to more intricate property development projects

This role will involve managing complex residential property cases, including freehold and leasehold transactions, new builds, and development work. You will provide strategic advice, liaise with clients, and ensure seamless execution of property transactions while maintaining high standards of client care.
