Pertemps are recruiting for their client who specialise in medical evidence services and rehabilitation programs. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Administrator experienced in Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury to join their expanding team, in Blackburn, Lancashire.
Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Oversee a specific client caseload from start to finish, ensuring all cases progress efficiently.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with solicitors and medical experts, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Communication: Handle external calls, emails, and referrals, providing top-notch service and support.
- Data Entry: Accurately log information in the Proclaim case management system.
- Recruitment: Actively recruit and instruct providers and parties.
- Deadline Management: Meet court deadlines and manage part 35 and joint report requests.
- Performance Improvement: Contribute to enhancing report sales and turnaround times, meeting monthly company sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team managers to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective task delegation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a medico-legal role (desirable) or experience working in healthcare administration / personal injury claims / legal work (essential)
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.
- Proactive Attitude: Highly motivated, organized, and proactive with a keenness to learn and develop new skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with the Proclaim case management system is a plus.
- Client Focus: Strong client relationship building skills and a customer-focused approach.

Benefits:
- Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.
