Digital Marketing Manager
Workplace IT is the UK’s leading provider of IT Services to the Social Care, Assisted Living and Specialist Education Sector.We predominantly support enterprise level Commercial, NFP (Not For Profit) and Public Sector owned organisations with multiple locations and people across the UK.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to create consistent B2B awareness of our proposition, services, USP’s and client successes to large Health and Social Care organisations across the UK predominantly using Linkedin.
We would also like additional support with our internal branding, awards ceremonies, video and print based production for client training and education and other branding / marketing related activities.
We are unique business where incoming enquiries are tender (PQQ/RFP) based meaning all marketing activity should be focused on awareness and confidence rather than lead generation.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with the core Workplace IT Teams, understand their services, clients and successes.
Build a consistent B2B Digital Marketing strategy delivering value and confidence.Focus on both new logo organisations and our existing client base.
Target multiple audiences including CEO/MD, FD, COO, Estates Director and IT Director.
Work with key global technology vendors to run joint Digital Marketing Campaigns.
Keep our web site and connected partners up to date and content fresh and engaging.
Manage Vendor Marketing Funds and campaigns.
Manage external marketing providers example web developers.
Monitor Vendor feeds and report an related announcements and service updates.
Build reporting showing marketing sucesses and failures.
Additional Support:
We would also like support with the following: Branding (Internal, External, Uniforms, Vans etc).
Client training and education videos.Local and National Awards Entries.
Internal Intranet and Employee Social Media Feed (Viva Engage).
Document Production and Copywriting (can be outsourced).
Skills & Experience: 3 x Years recent B2B Digital Marketing Experience.
Experience of running Digital Campaigns using Linked In.Experience of working in a Service led organisation (ideally technology).
What We Offer: Basic Salary £35,000 to £45,000 DOE (Depending on Experience).
9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.Contributory Pension Scheme.

Work Location: Hybrid Working but based from our King's Lynn office.
You will be expected to attend the King’s Lynn office at least one day per week.You will need to attend on additional days to fully engage with the in-house teams.
Occasional (funded) travel to our Taunton office, UK clients and events.
Interview Process: 30 X Minute Microsoft Teams Interview.
60 x Minute Face to Face Interview in King's Lynn.
