Attendance, Welfare and Home Liaison Officer - London
We are looking for a proactive, solution-focused, flexible and friendly professional to join our wider pastoral team with a strategic focus on raising attendance and supporting the related welfare and well being needs of pupils who are persistently absent from school.
This role provides a challenging but exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social justice and equality of opportunity, who believes in the transformative power of education, to have a real impact in improving the lives and outcomes of all children.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and who understands the role of attendance within this as well as the importance of building positive relationships with pupils and their families.
As part of Seven Kings Teaching School Alliance, Wanstead is able to provide a wide variety of CPD opportunities for staff at all stages of their career, both within Wanstead and the Teaching School Alliance.
