Are you an experienced Senior Property Manager looking to join a thriving independent estate agency?
Our client is a respected and successful estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a senior property manager to join their friendly team just outside Southend on sea.
Working days:
As a Senior Property Manager, you will be required to work 5 days per week.
Salary package on offer:
- Basic salary up to £30,000
- Realistic On Target Earnings of £35,000+ OTE (Uncapped)
- Ongoing training & support
Senior Property Manager requirements:
- Experience working within property management
- Full UK driving License
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work within a team but also on your own
The role of a Senior Property Manager will involve the following:
- Providing updates and solutions.
- Manage compliance checks
- Ensuring the property is complying with current legislation
- Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved and all parties are updated.
