Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Location: Swindon town centre based

Duration: 6 months with the likelihood of being extended or made perm high

Job Summary:

We are looking for multiple dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Customer Service Administrators to join our exclusive client's team for an initial temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Prepare and distribute customer service reports and documentation.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service software.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
