SHODHANA Limited looking for a Software Business Analystwith strong UAT / BAT skills.
Responsibilities:As a Software Business Analyst, your responsibilities will be:
- Gathering product requirements and preparing specification documents
- Participate in HLD/LLD designs
- Attend client meetings with other team members to understand project requirements and/or for regular next upcoming features and product upgrade requirements
- To brief colleagues in relation to the projects and ensure understanding.
- Working closely with the wider business to identify emerging demand needed now and into the future
- Act as first line support for enquiries relating to how projects are progressing or to resolve issues.
- Resolution of live issues to ensure business as usual continuity of the service is maintained.
- To project manage and liaise with internal teams to set up and deliver projects.
- Understanding at an In-depth level the user functions of the systems and be able to map these into functional vs non-functional requirements.
- Design and deliver processes that reduce waste and encourage autonomy.
- Doing UAT / BAT
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- SQL
- Knowledge of ETL tools and BI tools (PowerB I / Qlik Sense / QlikView)
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft TFS Server
Nice to have: Any data integration projects experience is a major advantage
