Principal Duties
  • To greet customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • To provide a high-quality rental service, to meet customer requirements and to promote the Company’s services and products to all potential customers.
  • Handle all telephone and face to face enquires.
  • Perform vehicle handover to customers informing them of all relevant information.
  • To deal with all the administrative tasks required of role professionally.
  • Occasionally collect and deliver vehicles to customers/other sites/dealerships.
  • You will devote the whole of your time, attention & ability to your duties, work diligently & promote the interests of the Company.
Person Specification
Essential
  • Possess a Clean Valid & Full Drivers Licence
  • Computer Literate
  • Must have an excellent understanding of Written and Verbal English
  • Strong communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
  • Ability to build rapport with customers/other staff and to understand their vehicle hire needs.
  • To be dressed professionally
  • Ability to multitask with outstanding problem-solving skills
Desirable
  • Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritise and achieve tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Previous Vehicle Hire experience and knowledge of another vehicle hire booking system would be an advantage.
  • Prior Customer Service Experience.
  • Must be a team player and have excellent team building, management, and relationship skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
