Principal Duties- To greet customers in a polite and professional manner.
- To provide a high-quality rental service, to meet customer requirements and to promote the Company’s services and products to all potential customers.
- Handle all telephone and face to face enquires.
- Perform vehicle handover to customers informing them of all relevant information.
- To deal with all the administrative tasks required of role professionally.
- Occasionally collect and deliver vehicles to customers/other sites/dealerships.
- You will devote the whole of your time, attention & ability to your duties, work diligently & promote the interests of the Company.
Essential
- Possess a Clean Valid & Full Drivers Licence
- Computer Literate
- Must have an excellent understanding of Written and Verbal English
- Strong communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
- Ability to build rapport with customers/other staff and to understand their vehicle hire needs.
- To be dressed professionally
- Ability to multitask with outstanding problem-solving skills
- Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent
- Ability to prioritise and achieve tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Previous Vehicle Hire experience and knowledge of another vehicle hire booking system would be an advantage.
- Prior Customer Service Experience.
- Must be a team player and have excellent team building, management, and relationship skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £11.50 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 42 per week
