Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team.

As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and operating specialized equipment.

Duties:

Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
Remove dirt, grime, and streaks from windows to ensure a clear and spotless finish
Operate and maintain equipment such as squeegees, scrapers, ladders, and water-fed poles
Ensure safety protocols are followed when working at heights or using equipment
Identify and report any damages or issues with windows or frames
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with clients

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Window Cleaner is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for long periods of time
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
Valid driver's license is preferred
