Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
- Coordinate and manage the company's fleet operations
- Ensure all fleet vehicles are in excellent operating condition
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Handle fleet-related paperwork and documentation
- Implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency
- Monitor and report on fleet performance and costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
The Successful Applicant
A successful Fleet Coordinator should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in a related field
- Experience in fleet management or similar role
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good understanding of fleet operations and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- A competitive salary in the range of £28,800 - £32,200 per annum

- Hybrd working, 3 days office
- Early starts from 7am & 3pm finishes optional
