As a Quality Control Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of quality control and assurance for all products produced within the factory.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Ensure all customer requirements are met, adhering to the company’s ‘Zero Defects, Remember Why’ ethos.
• Work closely with the Quality Control Manager to inspect and report on products produced during daily production.
• Provide feedback, support, and training to Assemblers across various products.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001 standards within the quality system.
• Support the overall improvement of processes through internal quality systems.
• Contribute to the development of production documentation.
• Analyse, report, and maintain control of the Non-Conformance Reporting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electromechanical manufacturing.
• Current experience in quality control within a factory environment.
• Proficiency in soldering standards of IPC 610 and understanding of IPC 620.
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and re-work.
• Must hold a British Passport.
