Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for Class Teacher roles across multiple schools within a highly regarded and supportive Multi-Academy Trust in the North West.
About the Role:Our client is seeking anumber of enthusiastic educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will play a crucial role in inspiring and motivating pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Learning: Plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapting teaching methods to meet individual pupil needs while fostering independent learning.
- Curriculum & Assessment: Implement a stimulating curriculum, assess pupil progress, and use data to inform teaching strategies.
- Behaviour & Wellbeing: Maintain a safe, positive learning environment, promoting good behaviour, safeguarding, and pupil well-being.
- Pastoral Support: Develop strong relationships with pupils, identifying and supporting those with additional needs, and ensuring their holistic development.
- Parental & Community Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community to enhance pupils’ learning experiences.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional learning, performance management, and collaboration to enhance teaching practice.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs.
- A passion for high standards in teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire young minds.
