The Role:
To act as first point of contact for families looking to place their daughters into Nursery, Prep and Year 7– this will include day and boarding school recruitment and may involve some UK and international travel. This role requires a candidate who will follow up every enquiry and nurture them through each stage of the admissions pipeline with the aim of converting to become a Royal High School Bath, GDST student.

The Admissions Partner will develop strong relationships with prospective parents and students as well as education agents.

The post-holder will assist in the implementation of a proactive recruitment strategy – in particular ensuring follow up targets are met and conversions increased. The accurate recording of data is essential and the postholder will work closely with the Senior School Admissions Partner and be able to cover in their absence (and vice versa).

In addition, the Lower School Admissions Partner will work closely with the Head of Prep, and staff at the Prep School to support the transfer of students into Year 7. They will also be responsible for managing the programme of attendance at Feeder School fairs.
