Location: You will work from the central services hub (BS30 8GB). However, there may be occasions when the post-holder is required to attend other establishments within The Leaf Trust.Salary: Grade 9, £28,624 - £31,067 FTE p.a. (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £15,085.62 - £16,373.15 per annum)Contract: Fixed term for 1 year subject to a review of the Trust’s budget and pending a review of staffing requirements

As a Trust Operations & Compliance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of operational functions across the Trust. You will assist with compliance monitoring, estates and facilities administration, contractor coordination, and operational processes. You will also collaborate closely with School Business Partners, Site Managers, and caretakers to ensure consistency and efficiency in operational practices across our schools.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, where your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of school operations across The Leaf Trust.We are looking for someone who: Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Has experience in administrative, operational, or compliance support roles.Has strong IT skills, with confidence in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams). Has experience of liaising with external contractors, suppliers, or service providers.Understands health & safety, GDPR, or statutory compliance requirements and can ensure policies are followed.Has a confident and professional telephone manner, combined with excellent customer service skills.Can work independently, using initiative, while also being a team player.
