Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Work Planner to join our team, based in Salford. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum plus excellent benefits!

Responsibilities for the Work Planner role are:
Control and monitor the daily work activity on the IT systemAllocate and deliver services to agreed business priorities in the most
cost effective way
Monitor incoming work raised by the service centre
Update IT system to allow statistical data to be collated and reported
Liaise with operatives to ensure work is completed within specified timeframes
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Follow up on enquires and complaints
What we are looking for in our ideal Work Planner:
Strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerised database system (ideally Opti-Time). Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access). Ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills.Experience gained within a social housing environment is beneficial.
