Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part Time (23.5 hours)
Tuesday and Thursday - 9:00am to 5:30pmFriday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
Location: Solihull
Salary: £14,000 per annum

Tirebuck Recruitment are on the lookout for a dynamic and friendly part-time Receptionist to join our well-established award-winning professional services client based in Solihull. If you have a positive, 'can-do' attitude, a knack for organisation, and exceptional communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you.As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and ensuring everything runs smoothly at the front desk.
Duties include:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Managing incoming phone calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate department or individual in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
- Handling inquiries and requests from visitors and clients, providing helpful information or directing them to the relevant personnel.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Supporting the team with various ad-hoc duties as required to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to answer and direct calls professionally and confidently.
- Polite, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and colleagues alike.
- Able to manage time effectively with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- A high degree of initiative with the ability to work independently.
