The Role:As a Debt Recovery Officer, you will be engaging with members of the public who are in arrears. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Understanding individual circumstances to offer tailored solutions
- Negotiating payment plans and terms
- Managing difficult and sensitive conversations with tact and empathy
- Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies
