Mortgage Administrator
Job Profile:
Mortgage Administrator - Full Time - Whickham or Low Fell
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join a busy partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation whom are based in Offices located in Whickham and Low Fell.
Our highly valued partner firm, are a successful, customer focussed Mortgage & Protection advisory business supporting the Estate Agency that they are partnered with and owned by.
The firm are looking to grow their business with the addition of an experienced Mortgage Administrator.
We will consider part time hours over 5 days to accomadate for school picks and drops.
Ideally, the Mortgage Administrator will have Toolbox (PRIMIS system) experience.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers / lenders.
We are looking for a minimum of 2 years recent independent mortgage administration experience in a busy mortgage broking business although we will consider applicants from a property or mortgage related background.
Salary package of £27,000 - £30,000 DOE and negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
- Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails
- Submission of mortgage & protection applications
Skills & Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience in a broking environment.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
