The leads will be generated from a vast introducer source of developers across the UK and opportunities for protection will arise from the this at the same time.

Our AR business partner is a successful mortgage broker, specialising in mortgages for affordable housing schemes and works closely with housing associations predominantly based in London, the South of England and more recently in the South West & Midlands area too.

These close working relationships enable us to remain at the forefront of the industry and to assist with the development of new products.

Their main expertise lies in finding mortgages for those participating in the government’s affordable housing initiatives which has become a specialist area, and not always adequately covered by many brokers.

Not all lenders are prepared to lend in this sector and those that do often treat affordable schemes as 'special cases’, which is why as market leaders we can assist these customers and need quality advisers just like you!

The successful candidates must be CeMAP or equivalent qualified with experience of working in the mortgage intermediary market place.

It is ESSENTIAL that you have experience of dealing with Shared Ownership mortgage applications plus high volumes of leads, eg 15-20 applications per month in the broker sector and at least 2 years' broker experience too!

In return there is a generous employed package, a vast abundance of leads and full administration support based in head office, OTE £40,000 - 50,000 per annum.
