Roles & responsibilities for the Mortgage Advisor:

• Conduct fact finds with clients and collate accurate supporting documents.
• Provide advice and recommendations on mortgages and protection products.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and introducers to grow your client bank.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations by maintain regular CPD.

Qualifications and Experience requirements for a Mortgage Advisor:

• CeMAP or CII qualification in Mortgage Advice or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience in providing advice on Mortgages with CAS status.
• Self-motivated and passionate about customer service.
