About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our Digital Product team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into digital project management or client services — especially if you’re organised, tech-curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination of platform operations, client communications, and project tracking for digital content and asset management systems. You don’t need to know everything from day one — just bring a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

This role begins in May and will run until late august, initially.

What You’ll Do:

Client Support & Communication
  • Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for clients with platform-related queries (email and video calls)
  • Support the delivery of training sessions and demos so clients can get the best out of our platforms
  • Help interpret client briefs and support communication between product, development, and account teams
  • Track and report platform issues, helping to troubleshoot problems and assist with their resolution
Project Coordination & Platform Support
  • Assist the Digital Product Manager with scheduling tasks, tracking project milestones, and updating timelines
  • Help test and roll out new platform features — logging feedback and learning about the development cycle
  • Keep documentation up to date, including user guides, meeting notes, and platform instructions
  • Provide internal support to teams using the platforms (e.g., access help, basic training, and troubleshooting)
Reporting & Admin
  • Support regular reporting (e.g., platform usage or data exports) to ensure clients get timely updates
  • Stay on top of admin tasks — from filing client notes to coordinating meeting invites and follow-ups
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams, developers, and occasionally third-party vendors to keep projects moving
  • Be a central support to the Product Manager and wider team — helping where needed to keep everything on track

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • A proactive, “can do” attitude — you're comfortable jumping in and figuring things out
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Interest in digital platforms, websites, or digital content workflows

Bonus points (but not required):

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
  • Exposure to Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
  • Any background in media, tech, or creative industries
  • PRINCE2 Foundation or similar project coordination certification
