  • Key point of contact between Cohort (OH software provider) and BHSF to resolve issues or assist with bespoke requests
  • Dealing with any customer issues or queries on Cohort, raining from simple to complex problems
  • Project work for OH, assisting Clinical Standards Manager with audits and statistics
  • Providing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc Management Information reports
  • Becoming a technical expert with Cohort and other various technological platforms used throughout the business, and managing
advanced uses with additional Super User permissions
  • Cohort responsibilities: customer set-ups, template creation (Health Surveillance questionnaires, referral forms, report forms
and letters), adding and deactivating users, clinician support, CRM support, housekeeping and continually looking for
additional Cohort functionality
  • Updating training manuals and 'how to' guides on new processes for end users and completing induction, training, and refresher
courses on the Cohort platform for CRMs, Operations and Clinicians
  • Assisting the Operations Executive in project work that aims to continuously improve the efficiency and standards of processes
within BHSF
  • Using current best practice, and progressing in line with the agreed milestones
  • Practising a solutions-driven attitude towards projects and general tasks with the aim of preventing issues recurring
  • Analysing and improving existing business processes using structured and documented techniques
  • Carrying out audits and quality of work checks to ensure that processes are being followed and work is being correctly recorded
  • Maintaining strong internal relationships and providing excellent care for customers
  • Ensure deadlines are met on reporting and customer issues and SLAs are adhered to on customer creation on Cohort
