Customer Service Advisor

The role is a full- time position working from 8am
- 5pm Monday
- Friday and our client offers a salary of £25,000
- £26,000 depending on experience.
Due to our client’s location, candidates must have their own mode of transport.
Responsibilities:
o Provide an exceptional customer experience across multiple platforms
o Ensure all orders are processed daily
o Maintaining the customer database
o Explore customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
o Identify trends within the business to improve the overall customer experience
o Ensure that you deliver against the OTIF promise date
Skills:
o Previous customer service experience required
o Sales order processing experience
o Verbal and written communication
o Reliable
o Flexible
o Attention to detail
o Computer literate
o Ability to prioritise workload
o Team player
