Management Accountant - Part Time

Our client is a business that has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Poole and do require travel to their offices.

Job Description

As the Management Accountant - Part Time, you will be responsible for:

• Production of month end revenue reconciliation in multiple currencies across all revenue streams
• Provide meaningful analysis of sales and margins promptly following the end of month
• Review and reconciliation of all company stock in various locations with recommendations for any stock adjustments necessary.
• Production of month end reconciliations for all key balance sheet accounts
• Production of ad hoc reporting, required throughout the business
• Review and update the fixed asset register intangible items and post amortisation
• Calculations of various accruals and maintain supporting schedules
• Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts for submission to Group
• Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns and monthly Intrastat declarations
• Working with external auditors to provide information in a timely manner
• Preparation of financial reports for inclusion within the statutory reports and accounts
• Provide cover for other finance functions where necessary

The Successful Applicant

To be successful for the Management Accountant - Part Time position, you must:

• A proven background in management accounts production
• ACCA/CIMA studier or similar accounting qualification
• Experience of assisting in the production of statutory accounts
• Can demonstrate flexibility and ability to work with multiple currency accounts
• Experience using Sage 300
