The Role:

As the HR Business Partner for our Sales and Customer service team, you'll play a crucial role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, developing targeted training programs, resolving ER cases, and performing HR administrative duties to support the team's HR functions.

Requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for our Sales and Customer Service departments.
  • Collaborate with the L&D manager to assess training needs and develop targeted training programs tailored to the Sales and Customer Service team.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales and Customer Service leaders on HR matters
  • Handle complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support, including managing HR databases, processing employee requests, maintaining records, and facilitating HR processes to ensure efficient operations within the Sales and Customer service team.
  • Ensure HR practices align with business goals and comply with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Sales and Customer service team

Essential:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or standalone HR Manager, particularly within Sales or Sales-driven environments.
  • In-depth understanding of the entire employee lifecycle and best practices in HR management.
  • Strong experience in handling ER cases and providing HR administrative support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, tech-oriented environment.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with HiBob, Workable, and other HR systems for employee management, payroll, and recruitment.
