Job Description
Bid Executive (Graduate role) - Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the preparation and submission of bids and tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to gather information and develop tailored solutions for each tender.
- Review and analyze tender documentation to create well-structured and persuasive proposals.
- Manage timelines and ensure that all tender deadlines are met.
- Proofread and edit documents to ensure high quality and consistency in presentation and language.
- Conduct post-tender analysis and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
Bid Executive (Graduate role) - Skills & Experience Required- A degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with bid writing or working within a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential - training will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
