Full time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus + Company car + Frequent incentivesWorking: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Territory: North West/M6 Corridor (territory will be determined to successful candidates location)
Powerforce, a multi-award-winning company – including the prestigious FMBE Agency of the Year – is looking for a driven and results-focused Key Account Executive to join our Molson Coors team.
This is an exciting development opportunity for someone with a strong background in convenience field sales who’s ready to take the next step. You’ll move beyond day-to-day in-store visits to take ownership of relationships with multi-site retailers, helping to grow the Molson Coors brand across your region.
In this home-based role, you’ll focus on driving distribution, increasing chilled space, and enhancing visibility within the convenience channel. You’ll develop tailored business plans, pitch proposals, and work closely with retailers to implement effective solutions that deliver results.
You’ll use tools like Sales Out and EPOS data to stay ahead of stock issues, identify growth opportunities, and ensure national promotions land successfully in-store. You’ll still be out in the field meeting retailers, but with a more strategic focus and greater responsibility.
This role is ideal for someone who knows the convenience sector, has proven success in field sales, and is ready to grow into a broader, more influential position.

Requirements:
- Held a full manual driving licence for at least 12 months
- This is a highly commercial and numeric role and therefore you must be able to display that skillset
- Strong Microsoft office skills – training will also be provided
- This is a very autonomous role and as a KAE you need to be a real self-starter and can work well from own initiative
- A great role for someone with aspirations to go into a national account’s role
- This person will work extremely closely with Molson Coors direct sales teams and therefore a BRILLIANT ambassador for the business is a MUST
