We are now looking for an Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing client relationships to support our company objectives.

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will provide exceptional support and solutions to meet their equipment hire needs while maintaining high standards of communication and customer service.

You will manage a client base, taking responsibility for nurturing relationships, upselling and driving engagement with both existing and new clients.

Additionally, you will handle all necessary documentation using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for equipment hire, ensuring accuracy and compliance and working closely with other departments to deliver seamless service.

Your role will also involve:

  • Using our CRM and hire systems to manage client data and track interactions
  • Making outbound calls to re-engage clients and generate new business
  • Ensuring all client enquiries are promptly addressed and resolved

About You

To be considered as an Account Manager, you will need:

  • Customer-facing experience
  • A customer and client focused mindset
  • Excellent administration and/or sales skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • First-class time management skills and strong attention to detail
