Tudor Employment are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Operator / Administration Officer to work for our prestigious client based in Stafford.Duties will include:
Importing of new instructionsPreparation of Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, Road Traffic, DVLA and Sundry Debt work for AgentsProcessing of work completed by AgentsHandling telephone calls from Debtors, Agents, Clients and other organisationsNegotiating payment arrangements and Debtors and monitoring the progression and upkeep of payments to ensure further action is taken to defaultLiaising with clients by telephone, email and correspondence regarding amendment and return of casesProviding various statistical reports, management information and returns for clientsEnsuring duties are carried out in accordance with the documented proceduresProcessing Trace and Investigation requests as and when required for Agents enquiriesHandle and process Out of Area casesUndertake Emergency Procedure checks
The ideal candidate:
Have excellent communication skills – written and oralEffective negotiation skillsHigh standard of literacy and numeracyAbility to interpret and apply legislationAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
