However, all staff do have a desire to make a difference.We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Administrator to join the Finance team, with effective verbal and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.You will have/be:Previous experience of working in an administrative or secretarial capacity High level of attention to detail and accuracyConfident in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and TeamsEffective verbal and written communication skills, including excellent telephone and email mannerPrevious experience in meeting organisation, preparation of meeting areas, and taking minutesAbility to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks on own initiativeAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationExperience in being effective as part of a teamAble to self-motivate, prioritise, plan and organise, including when under pressureHave a proactive approach, taking responsibility for actions and consequencesAble to secure, build, and maintain good working relationships with external providers including volunteersA flexible approach to working, with a ‘can do’ attitudeYou will be a team player with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met.  If this sounds like you and you are able to build effective working relationships, we would like to hear from you.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
