To develop a more robust call back method for IBD surveillance To engage in developing system structure, implementing test of change and actions which draw on the learning and reflection within the service and team. To act as an advocate and role model for person centred care across all components of the pathway to positively influence the approach and behaviours of other care/support providers.Communications and Working Relationships It is essential to this role that the postholder establishes and maintains a good working relationship with a wide range of NHS staff.
