Treatment Lead Therapeutic Radiographer

Deliver high-quality radiotherapy treatment with precision and accuracy. Operate and maintain radiotherapy equipment in accordance with clinical protocols. Provide professional, compassionate care and support to patients undergoing treatment. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including oncologists, physicists, and nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines, quality assurance measures, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to service development, training, and mentoring of junior staff. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Adopting a patient-centered care approach, prioritizing the needs, preferences, and values of patients in every aspect of their treatment.
