Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee our daily operations. In this role, you will manage administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and ensure a seamless workflow. If you are keen at problem-solving and thrive in an ever evolving environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Attend events to explore new products and promote our organisation.
Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Manage daily operational tasks to deliver client-approved proposals on time.
Handle correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
Serve as the point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
Maintain digital filing systems and ensure all documents are organised and accessible.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Support the finance team with invoicing and expense tracking.
Manage office budgets and prepare regular reports.

Provide any additional support requested by management.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in office management or an administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel & Word.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Genuine interest in technology efficiencies, such as automations within processes.
