About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join the business to add value to the Associations busy Customer Services Department. You will be responsible for managing one of our Housing Hubs within the Dundee area delivering our generic housing service activities, whilst supporting other neighbourhoods as required.You will have had experience of working within a fast paced and complex housing environment delivering housing management frontline services to a diverse range of customers. You will be committed to achieving positive service outcomes and for delivering an excellent customer experience.
